Anahit Zakaryan embarked on her legal career with the team in 2022, initially joining as an attorney assistant during her final year at the French University in Armenia and has since advanced to the position of associate.

Anahit has garnered expertise in various legal domains, notably in renewable energy and construction law, as well as in financial and corporate law. Her practice includes advising on power purchase agreements, engineering, procurement and construction agreements, and handling corporate and financial documentation in the scope of day-to-day assistance of the clients. She has also been engaged in providing support to investment companies and funds in their investment activities into portfolio companies, including managing various complex debt instruments.

In addition to transactional work, Anahit has demonstrated proficiency in navigating bankruptcy proceedings and other legal issues. Along with studying at the Academy of Advocates of the Republic of Armenia, she has actively participated in administrative legal disputes and excelled in preparing out-of-court documentation, including motions, claims, and other judicial filings.
