Lusine joined the Andersen in Armenia team in 2025 as an Executive Assistant. Prior to her full-time job in Andersen, Lusine worked as a Learning Coach in Tumo Center for Creative Technologies and as a Data Cleansing Team Lead at Superbot.

Lusine’s prior experiences allow her to ensure seamless operations by coordinating communications, handling administrative tasks with precision, and providing a smooth and comfortable environment for the staff members which ultimately optimizes their efficiency. 

Outside her professional life, Lusine’s hobbies are Hiking, reading novels and books about psychology.
