Sofya Sargsyan has recently joined the Andersen in Armenia team as the Managing Director of our new sister company, Andersen Tax. 

Sofya Sargsyan has years-long experience in the financial sector in the fields of accounting, tax, financial management and control. She has worked in HSBC Bank Armenia for over  25 years. Since 2015 she held the position of Cheif Accountant/Deputy CFO. 

Sofya has proven expertise in driving organizational efficiency, ensuring compliance with international and local regulations, and fostering collaborative relationships with regulatory authorities. She has also actively participated in legislative discussions regarding tax and financial law amendments, contributiong to regulatory changes related to financial sector. 

Sofya Sargsyan is a graduate of Armenian State University of Economics and is an expert accountant. She is skilled at leading high-performing teams, managing complex projects, and delivering measurable improvements in financial processes. 

She participated in professional training courses and events organized by several internationally recognized institutions. 

Sofya's vast work experience and skills are undoubtedly a great asset to the growth and advancement of Andersen Tax in Armenia.
