Dayana joined our team as a Junior Associate in 2025. She is a lawyer with nearly two years of professional experience and a strong academic foundation. Dayana holds an LLB from Lomonosov Moscow State University and, prior to that, studied Economics and Accounting at college at Plekhanov Russian University of Economics.

She has practical experience with both Russian and Armenian law. Before joining us full-time, Dayana worked at Yeghiazaryan and Partners Law Firm as a corporate lawyer, where she deepened her expertise in Armenian law and gained invaluable hands-on experience.

Dayana has a keen interest in Corporate Law, IP Law, Digital Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). She is passionate about continuous learning and, to that end, actively participates in legal events, conferences, and law schools to enhance her knowledge and skills. 

Dayana is also focused on her goal of becoming a licensed attorney and plans to attend the Armenian Bar in the near future.
